Big Bang Festival

Big Bang Festival is an indoor electronic music festival held each winter in Paris, France which this year celebrates its sixth edition.

Over the course of two (earth) days, the Docks de Paris exhibition centre is transformed into a cosmic wonderland, filled with extra-terrestrial designs and the astral sounds of house and techno's freshest DJs.

Rise Festival

Rise Festival is an annual electronic music and snow-sports festival held in the scenic French ski resort of Les Deux Alpes.

The festival has been growing steadily since its inception in 2013, bringing in international crowds to its breathtaking location atop Europe's biggest skiable glacier, and has played host to a number of impressive music partners, from Ibiza Rocks and Hospitality to Shut The Front Door and Applebum. 

Speeding down the mountain whilst partying in-between can be tiring, so Rise puts particular emphasis on wellbeing opportunities such as yoga and spa retreats, meaning it's not high-octane all week

Les Deux Alpes, France

Snowattack is an electronic music and snow-sports festival held in the French resort of Les Orres in the Southern Alps. For a whole week, the party rages in the picture-postcard town's bars and clubs as well as on the slopes, soundtracked by a lineup of esteemed DJs, who have included Pendulum, Rudimental, Lost Frequencies and Sub Focus. 

With 190 snow cannons covering 100km of 35 slopes, that feature 19 lifts and a three-zone snow park, the resort is ideal for the experienced skier or boarder and the novice alike. 

As well as late-night partying there will be street and hut parties, stand up comedy, bikini and board slides, torchlight skiing, performances and more.

Tomorrowland Winter

Tomorrowland Winter is the newest member of the Tomorrowland family, returning for a second edition after its dazzling debut in 2019. Bringing the world's most famous dance music festival to the Alps and taking over the picturesque town of Alpe d'Huez for a whole week, the festival is already one of the most popular of its kind.  

It wouldn't be Tomorrowland without a star-studded list of DJs from the world of EDM, techno and house, so expect the biggest names to grace the slopes and après-ski parties – last year's edition included the likes of:

Afrojack, Charlotte de Witte, Kungs, Martin Garrix, and Tomorrowland favourite Armin Van Buuren to name a few.

 The resort lies in a sunny plateau, giving a breathtaking sparkle to its variety of slopes that cater to beginners and experts and everyone in between. For the adventurous, Alpe d'Huez is also home to Pic Blanc, the entry point to the 16km Sarenne run, the longest black run on the alps. Don't veer too far though, or you may miss the best party of your life...

Le Printemps de Bourges festival has been a significant force in the French music scene for over 40 years, filling the small town of Bourges in central France every April with hundreds of artists and events championing both French and international music.

Pitchfork Music Festival Paris is the French capital's edition of the global music festival series. 

Every November thousands of music fans gather en masse in the 19th arrondissement of a crispy and autumnal Paris, filling the palatial Grande Halle de la Villette for three nights. Motocultor Festival is long-running celebration of heavy metal, held each summer in Saint-Nolff, northwestern France.

Rock en Seine

Held each summer in the western reaches of Paris, Rock en Seine is huge music festival that has become one of the biggest in France since the very first edition early this century.

Despite its name, the festival is not strictly bound to rock music (although you can expect to see giants of the scene on the lineup) with performers coming together from a diverse mix of styles: indie, alternative, pop, rock, hip hop, electronic music and more.

Elektric Park is a dance music festival held on an island in the river Seine, just outside the centre of Paris. The one-day party runs morning to night, with a diverse lineup of dance music names taking to the festival's stages.

Holocène Festival is one of newest additions to southeast France's vibrant festival scene.
